13 Mile Natural Dyed Wool grown in Montana

Becky Weed and Dave Tyler have a strong commitment to sustainability, and raise their sheep and process their wool onsite in their own mill. The ranch is Certified Organic and Certified Predator Friendly. The yarn is spun with a semi-woolen system that provides for less pilling, while retaining the natural luster and bounce of the wool.

2-ply bulky weight is put up in 100 gram skeins of approximately 130  yards. Available in both natural colors and dyed colors. Fiber is dyed using natural plant-based dyes prior to spinning, then blended with undyed wool to achieve the unique colors.

 Colors shown are representative of the actual skeins for sale; some variation in dye lots can occur due to the variation in natural dyes.
