Have you ever wondered how crocheter's take a hook and some yarn and make such gorgeous garments, accessories, and other crocheted treasures? Then this class is for you! We're pleased to be able to offer an in-person Begin to Crochet class!
Join Alison Doherty for this Wednesday evening class, which will teach you the all of the basics needed to get started crocheting and four crochet stitches found in nearly all patterns. You will learn the single, half-double, double, and triple crochet stitches, as well as how to chain and slip stitch to begin and turn your project!
By the end of this class, participants will be able to crochet a square coaster!
Cost: $30; Class supplies are discounted 10%.
Materials: One skein of Fantasy Naturale, size G/6 (4.00mm) crochet hook, darning needle.
Meeting Time: Wednesday, February 16th from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm.
- This class is designed for someone who is a true beginning crocheter. The class will focus on the basics needed to start crocheting and does not presume any prior knowledge about crocheting.
- Participants are required to wear masks or face coverings for the duration of the class.
