Intro to Stranded Color Work Tuesday 2/23 2019 5:30-7pm

Stranded color work allows you to knit with more than one color in each row. You can use this technique to create colorful motifs throughout your knitted pieces! In this class we will learn how to work stranded color work and we will learn how to read the charts that dictate how and when to use your colors! 

Prerequisite skills: Must have knitted at least one hat before

Materials: DK weight yarn in two contrasting colors, ,US 4 16" circular needles, US 6 16" circular needles, US 6 DPNs, stitch marker

Homework: Cast on desired amount of stitches for the correct size, with US4 needles, work in 1x1 rib for desired length.
