Returns & Refunds
Effective January 2026
At Cowgirl Yarn, we truly want you to love what you bring home. We’re here to help you choose materials that inspire you and feel just right for your project — because our hope is that you’re so happy with your purchase, you never need to return it.
That said, we understand that sometimes things happen, and we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.
Classes:
If Cowgirl Yarn cancels the class for any reason, we will refund your registration fee. If you are able to cancel at least one week prior to your scheduled class, you will receive a store credit for your registration fee. If you cancel less than a week prior to the class, you will receive store credit only if we are able to fill your spot. Let’s talk if the weather is the factor. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide class make-ups.
Other than Classes Returns with Receipt
Within 30 Days
Unused yarn and accessories in original packaging may be returned for a refund to your original form of payment or store credit
A store credit will be issued for anything received after 30 days up until 120 days.
Orders shipped internationally cannot be returned.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To keep things fair and sanitary for all customers, we are unable to accept returns on:
Wound yarn, Sale or clearance items, Yarn with odors (smoke, perfume, pets, etc.). Used needles, hooks, or tools, Soaps, lotions, and balms, Gift cards, Books, patterns, or digital downloads, Merchandise without a receipt, Special Orders.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged in transit, defective, or shipped in error.
