New Return Policy Effective July 2022

We accept returns for refund on yarn and accessories with receipt for 30 days from date of purchase (see exceptions below). Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds on purchases made by credit card will be refunded to same credit card. 

We accept returns for store credit on yarn and accessories with receipt for 31-90 days from date of purchase. Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. 

No refunds or exchanges on items after 90 days.

Special orders may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 30 days, restrictions apply. Please inquire at time of placing order.
