Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We do our part to care for the planet by repurposing shipping materials. Don’t be surprised if your Cowgirl Yarn order arrives in a reused box—it’s all part of our sustainability efforts.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $75 flat rate shipping for shipments in the USA.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within a 10 mile radius of the shop. All orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Deliveries are made during daylight hours on Tuesday - Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Cowgirl Yarn.. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup on the same business day (excluding holidays, Sunday & Mondays). We will send you an email when your order is ready.. If you are in a hurry, call us at 307-755-9276 to make sure it is ready for pickup.

Our in-store pickup hours are [store hours] on Tuesday - Saturday. If you are having someone else pick up your order, please let us know who that person is.

International Shipping: Want your Cowgirl Yarn delivered overseas? No problem! Shoot us an email, and we’ll find the best shipping option for you. International shipping costs will be billed to the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Orders typically arrive within 7 days of the shipping confirmation email. If your package hasn’t arrived by then, email support@cowgirlyarn.com with your name and order number. While the carrier handles delivery, we’ll assist you in locating your order whenever possible.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note: Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, your shipment may need to be sent via an alternate carrier. Please provide your best phone number just in case we need to call you to discuss.
