Terms and Conditions for Classes & Events at Cowgirl Yarn

We’re so glad you’re joining us.

When you register for a class or event at Cowgirl Yarn, you’ll be added to our email list so we can send reminders and any important updates about your class. If you can provide your best phone number for just in case we need to get in touch with you.

Holding Your Spot

Your seat is confirmed once your class fee has been paid. If you register without payment, you’ll be placed on a waitlist and spots will be offered to those who have paid in full.

Most classes require at least four students to run. If we don’t reach that number, we’ll contact you and issue a full refund.

If You Need to Cancel

We understand that life can shift unexpectedly.

If Cowgirl Yarn cancels the class for any reason, we will refund your registration fee. 

If you are able to cancel at least one week prior to your scheduled class, you will receive a store credit for your registration fee.  If you cancel less than a week prior to the class, you will receive store credit only if we are able to fill your spot.  Let’s talk if the weather is the factor. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide class make-ups.

Our classes are intentionally small, and once your seat is reserved, we’re counting on you to be there.

If Cowgirl Yarn needs to cancel or reschedule — including weather-related closures — you’ll receive a phone call and/or email along with a full refund.

Guest Instructor Workshops

For guest teachers, we require full payment.

• More than 30 days before the event: Refund or Store Credit.

• Within 30 days of the event: Because we’ve already committed to the instructor, refunds aren’t guaranteed. However, we will do our darndest to fill your spot, and if we’re able to, we’ll gladly refund your fee.

Supplies

Supply lists and additional class information are available at the store and in the class description on the website. To help us keep class pricing reasonable, we ask that supplies be purchased through Cowgirl Yarn.

Students receive 10% off class supplies for classes taught by Cowgirl Yarn unless otherwise noted.

Photography

By registering, you give permission for photos taken during classes or events to be used in our social media and marketing. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let us know before the event — we completely understand.
