Moustache is a luxurious yarn that is composed of a blend of 50% fine merino, 30% super kid mohair, and 20% silk. This yarn has an ethereal quality, gorgeous halo, and stunning finish that makes it a joy to work with. Moustache can be worked alone, or held alongside another yarn to add texture and depth to finished projects.
Fonty, ‘la Filature de Rougnat’ is one of the last wool spinning and dyeing factories still active in France. This traditional company constitutes a treasure of local heritage and is labeled a Living Heritage Company. Fonty produces high-quality yarns from animal fleeces and plant fibers of natural origin. Fonty’s dyeing workshop creates many colors for the yarns, with particular attention to respect for the environment.
