Sirdar's latest yarn is an innovation in both the textile and sustainability worlds. This DK-weight wool blend contains 80% CiCLO recycled polyester, which is a more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional polyester fiber. CiCLO-treated polyesters break down faster than traditional synthetic textiles when exposed to moisture and microorganisms, allowing them to exit our environment more quickly and release fewer microplastics into the ecosystem.

Loveful Bio Blend yarn is still durable and made to last- it just won't stick around in our waterways for ages once you're done with it. The wool/recycled polyester blend makes for a soft and delicate-feeling yarn that's perfect for lightweight tops, textured baby blankets, lace scarves, and breezy outer layers.
