Weaving Ancient Norwegian Magic on a Rigid Heddle

Take a step back in time and discover the captivating artistry of Krokbragd, a traditional Norwegian weaving technique that creates stunning, textured patterns.

Although typically seen in rugs, we'll unlock these secrets on a versatile rigid heddle loom, proving that you don't need a complex setup to create intricate designs.

By the time you're finished you'll have coasters that aren't just functional, but miniature works of woven art.

Inspired by a lineage of weaving innovation from Jane Patrick's Weaver's Idea Book and a Handwoven Magazine article - our expert weaving instructor, Dorothy, will take you on a creative journey of exploration and technique mastery.

This class is an opportunity to connect with a rich weaving heritage to create something truly special with these conversation-starting coasters which are sure to add a touch of Norwegian charm to your home.

Space in this class is limited, though, so sign up as soon as you're able. If you find that the class has been sold out, contact the store and we will put you on the waitlist for the next class. Chances are, if we have enough people on the waitlist, we'll create another class soon after.
