Please Bring to Class:
- Download the free potholder pattern from Ravelry & print out page 2
- 100 yards each of two contrasting colors of worsted-weight wool yarn (the sample shown here uses Lamb's Pride)
- US size 6 straight or circular needles
- Stitch markers
- Colored pencils that are similar to the colors of your yarn or just two colors pencils in two contrasting colors
- A tapestry needle
- Post-it notes or a magnetic row marker if you have one
Homework to Complete Before Class:
Please complete the 37-stitch cast-on with both yarns held together before the class session.
Prerequisites:
This class is best for those who already know basic knitting techniques, including casting on and making the knit and purl stitches.
